If not, the organization should be able to quickly find a new employee who can handle all the new duties. This allows the organization to maintain consistency in its mission and focus on its target.

The ability to effectively manage non-profit funds is essential to any organization. For this reason, any organization that wishes to claim a non-profit status must be capable of doing so. It should have a dedicated staff and an effective administrative system. A business that operates solely on donations will likely fail and will not be properly funded.
